Usage

Electric heating pasteurising cans are used widely in the dairy industry, food, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, drinks and the other industrial department as heating, cooling, heat preservation, sterilization processing and storage equipment. It has the advantages of energy-saving, sound attenuation, corrosion resistance, high-efficiency, convenient cleaning,etc.

Construction

The equipment is composed with container,reducer, agitating valve and stopcock,thermometer (0°C~100°C),electric heater unit,Temp.Control ,etc.

1. internal layer: Be made with stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), and surface polishing

2. intermediate layer: Be made with stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), and have clapboard.Water or heat transfer oil flow from up to dowe ( without pressure) to heating up and cooling down.

3. external heat insulation layer: Be made with arabesquitic stainless steel, and rock wool is used to keep warm.

4. reducer: Be fix on bracket. Its output axis connect with mixing propeller, can be disconnected and cleaned conveniently.

5. thermometer :Y100 Pressure Instructions Thermometer. It can arrive at the bottom and display temperature.

6. electric heater unit: galvanothermy tube heat up water or heat transfer oil. By controling the knob in CONTROLLER to control temperature.
